  <description>&lt;p&gt;So i really wanna fast tomorrow but i know i wont be able to....so plan for tomorrow:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast-1 apple&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch-nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner-a bowl of asparagus salad ( which has like 150 cal?? )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And if i have the time ill go to the gym but i gotta babysit....grrrrr&lt;br /&gt;and on friday im going on an apple fast for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;br /&gt;And yup thats it..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

  <description>&amp;nbsp;Day is going freakin awesome so far =)&lt;br /&gt;just got back from school&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast-special k bar (90 )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch-coke light with 4 gums&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;snack-1 glass of cherry juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and for dinner im just gonna have oatmeal with milk-200 =)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I feel so amazing today!! Oh and this fat bitch is losing weight! NOT ON MY WATCH!!!!!!!! She is actually very much overweight&amp;nbsp; for her height i think she needs to lose like 20 kg to get as thin as me.....and i think im fat!&lt;br /&gt;But anyways she just lost 6 pounds....EATING HEALTHY!! PFFF WHATEVER SHE CAN DO I CAN DO BETTER WITH ANA(sorry if it sounds cocky)&lt;br /&gt;but&amp;nbsp; if she gets thinner than me....that will be the end of me,no joke...i swear ill be emaciated by the time shed reaches a normal weight!</description>

  <description>um yeah well today is a new day.....after my wonderful binge last night im sooooo gonna make up for it...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast-1 glass orange juice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch-fruit salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner-either 1 small apple for 1 glass of juice....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;russian gymnast diet rules ^^ trying it out for the first time its said if u keep up with this for like 7 days u lose a heck of a lot of weight</description>
