So i really wanna fast tomorrow but i know i wont be able to....so plan for tomorrow:
breakfast-1 apple
lunch-nothing
dinner-a bowl of asparagus salad ( which has like 150 cal?? )
And if i have the time ill go to the gym but i gotta babysit....grrrrr
and on friday im going on an apple fast for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yup thats it..
