So i really wanna fast tomorrow but i know i wont be able to....so plan for tomorrow:

breakfast-1 apple

lunch-nothing 

dinner-a bowl of asparagus salad ( which has like 150 cal?? )

And if i have the time ill go to the gym but i gotta babysit....grrrrr
and on friday im going on an apple fast for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And yup thats it..

 Day is going freakin awesome so far =)
just got back from school

breakfast-special k bar (90 )

lunch-coke light with 4 gums

snack-1 glass of cherry juice

and for dinner im just gonna have oatmeal with milk-200 =)

I feel so amazing today!! Oh and this fat bitch is losing weight! NOT ON MY WATCH!!!!!!!! She is actually very much overweight  for her height i think she needs to lose like 20 kg to get as thin as me.....and i think im fat!
But anyways she just lost 6 pounds....EATING HEALTHY!! PFFF WHATEVER SHE CAN DO I CAN DO BETTER WITH ANA(sorry if it sounds cocky)
but  if she gets thinner than me....that will be the end of me,no joke...i swear ill be emaciated by the time shed reaches a normal weight!

um yeah well today is a new day.....after my wonderful binge last night im sooooo gonna make up for it...

breakfast-1 glass orange juice

lunch-fruit salad

dinner-either 1 small apple for 1 glass of juice....

russian gymnast diet rules ^^ trying it out for the first time its said if u keep up with this for like 7 days u lose a heck of a lot of weight

Breakfast- 1/2 bread thing -150 cal

lunch-garden salad from mcdonalds (90 cal)
6 bites from a mcsundae and like 10 fries =(

walked abt an hour.......

hope i lost weight
